Coca Cola Andina Corporate Website
Role: Senior Product Designer · UI Leadership
Duration: 4 months

Coca-Cola Andina, one of the most prominent bottlers in the Coca-Cola System, faced an urgent need to renew its digital presence. Its corporate website — conceived as the official communication channel for its stakeholders — showed visual inconsistencies, difficulties managing regional content, and a lack of modernization in the user experience.
The Challenge
The challenge for our consultancy was clear: consolidate a unified official channel that would serve stakeholders, investors, and talent across four countries, without losing the flexibility each local market required.
To tackle a project of this scale, we deployed a comprehensive Digital Experience Transformation strategy. Our goal wasn't purely aesthetic, but structural: create an agile, inclusive, and modern platform that would embody the company's purpose of “refreshing moments and opening opportunities.”
The project was built on three pillars

Regional Research
Aligning expectations through workshops with stakeholders from the four countries.
Scalable Architecture
Redefining the taxonomy to enable self-management.
Visual Systematization
Creating a common design language.

Building the Right Thing

We began with a deep immersion to understand the particularities of each region. Through Card Sorting and Tree Testing sessions with users, we validated a new information architecture that prioritizes clarity and quick access to financial and corporate data, eliminating previous navigation barriers.

01
Fragmented Digital Identity
The brand shows visual inconsistencies and lacks a unified design system, making it difficult to convey a solid, coherent, and recognizable identity across all touchpoints.
02
Outdated, Hard-to-Adapt Content
The content strategy is rigid and doesn't respond to each country's particularities, limiting relevance, timely updates, and the ability to offer information aligned with the local context.
03
Limited Site Architecture and Management
The site structure lacks a user-centered hierarchy, and the internal team faces obstacles in self-managing content, affecting the platform's clarity, efficiency, and ongoing evolution.

To ensure the project's long-term sustainability, we developed a robust, scalable UI Kit. We delivered a modular component library that includes more than 17 master templates and 38 design variants. This allows Coca-Cola Andina's internal teams to build new sections (such as ESG reports or Corporate Governance) while always maintaining visual and functional consistency, reducing technological dependency and accelerating time to market.

The new Coca-Cola Andina corporate website marks a milestone in the company's digital maturity. We delivered a solution that:
Unified Identity
Eliminating visual fragmentation across Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
Optimizes Operations
Making it easier for local teams to update content, empowering the client.
Modernizes the Experience
Offering an intuitive, accessible interface aligned with the global standards of a leading company.
